From the Bottom Up, our region’s largest diaper drive, kicks off March 1st, and runs through the end of the month!
Did you know that 1 in 5 families in King County struggle to afford diapers? Every day, families face the impossible choice between diapers and other basic necessities. Diapers aren’t covered by traditional assistance programs, and this gap leaves caregivers feeling overwhelmed. But YOU can make a difference!
In 2024, WestSide Baby distributed nearly 2.4 million diapers—thanks to supporters like YOU! Our partnerships allow us to bring diapers, wipes, and other critical supplies to families in low-resource areas, empowering caregivers to create a better, healthier future for their little ones.
By supporting From the Bottom Up, you’re giving families the boost they need to care for their children. We hope to raise $50,000 and bring in 50,000 donated diapers! Will you help us meet our goal?
How You Can Help!
*Make a donation | Nothing means more than a financial contribution to this campaign. WestSide Baby is afforded bulk purchasing power with our diaper partners which allows us to maximize the impact of every single gift we receive. To make a gift, visit westsidebaby.org/donate.
*Host a donation drive | Reach out to your community and host a diaper drive at your home, school or business. Collected donations are then dropped off at WestSide Baby. Email drives@westsidebaby.org to let us know your plans and check out the Drives Handbook here.
*Peer-to-Peer fundraise | Fundraise alongside your family, friends and neighbors! Through this option, you can add some context as to why you’d like your community to consider supporting WestSide Baby and customize both your ask and your goal; then, simply share the link to your page. You’ll be able to see the funds you’ve raised in real time. We will share with you which of your guests donated so you can thank them personally (we do not share amounts).
*Share our QR code or link to our website and donate | The easiest and most effective way to help WestSide Baby ensure families get the essential items they need is to donate directly to WestSide Baby, and encourage your friends, family, colleagues and neighbors to do the same.
*Send a Box | If you prefer to send diapers our way, you can order and have them sent straight from our Amazon Wish List.
