Program Site Lead

WestSide Baby is seeking a Program Site Lead to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively by providing facility oversight and volunteer leadership across WSB’s two Seattle branches, White Center and South Lake Union.

Facility oversight includes receiving, processing and organizing donations to distribute to the community.

Volunteer leadership includes leading core volunteers and training groups and new volunteers on priority projects.

The role includes supervision of 1-3 direct reports.

This is a 40 hours per week, non-exempt salaried employee position expected to support WestSide Baby’s two branches.

Schedule is primarily Monday – Friday with some flexibility to include occasional evening and weekend hours.

A minimum availability of one Saturday a month is required.

This position will report to the Program Operations Manager.

Salary range is $38,000 – $40,000 depending on experience; generous benefits package, PTO and holiday pay available.

Office & Bookkeeping Manager

The Office & Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for a wide variety of administrative and finance duties in support of the organization overall, the Executive Director and the Board of Directors. It is a foundational role impacting our office culture and delivery of services with responsibilities supporting the success of each department.

These include bookkeeping and Human Resources administrative services for the organization as well as the Board.

The Office & Bookkeeping Manager also ensures smooth running of the agency’s office and branch coordinating and communicating office activities, overseeing office atmosphere for visitors and staff and ensuring adequate supplies are available.

The Office & Bookkeeping Manager is required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with visitors, employees, volunteers and donors.

This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position with salary ranging between $40K to $45K DOE. This position reports to the Executive Director. Full benefits and generous PTO.

Program Operations Manager

The Program Operations Manager (POM) is a key role; responsible for the development, delivery, and management of critical programmatic initiatives of WestSide Baby. We are seeking a manager who will thrive in an inclusive, collaborative, learning-together based culture with energetic mission-driven colleagues.

Specifically, this role supports the organization’s mission by ensuring high quality service and relationships for agency partners and in-kind donors.

The POM oversees and supports the donation and distribution process for all community sites; ensuring equitable delivery of basic needs items to children in need.

Current programs include diaper bank, safety and equipment program, and community collections of additional essentials.

This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, exempt salaried employee position at our White Center, Seattle office. This position is supervised by the Director of Programs and supervises 4 staff positions. Salary range is $53k-$55k depending on experience; generous benefit package, PTO and holiday pay available. Schedule to include occasional evening and weekend hours related to job duties or donations. Priority deadline May 17, 2019.
