Volunteer & Program Relations Manager

The Volunteer & Program Relations Manager supports WestSide Baby’s mission to “partner with our community” by engaging with individuals, corporate and community organizations to grow and maintain a vibrant and effective volunteer program and to manage those directly working with volunteers. In addition, this position supervises staff members with operations duties directly impacting our sorting and order filling processes. Responsibilities include overseeing an effective Volunteer Program through volunteer and staff management, strategy development and collaboration with programmatic and development goals.

This is a full-time; 40 hours a week exempt salaried position at our White Center, Seattle office. This position reports to the Director of Programs and supervises 3 staff positions. Salary range is $45k-$50k depending on experience; generous benefit package, PTO and holiday pay available. Occasional weekend and evening hours likely. Priority deadline July 15, 2019.

Program Operations Assistant (South Lake Union)

WestSide Baby is seeking a Program Operations Assistant to work in collaboration with volunteers and Provider Partners to support efforts to provide essential items to children in need. The Program Operations Assistant will be responsible for facilitating WestSide Baby’s distribution process to Provider Partners and leading groups of volunteers.

This is a part-time, 25 hours per week, non-exempt employee position with an hourly wage of $15-$16. Schedule is Tuesday through Friday. Applicants must be available during our weekly Wednesday evening volunteer shift from 5pm-8pm and during WestSide Baby Distribution Hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-3pm. Development Project Specialist

The Development Project Specialist supports WestSide Baby’s Development efforts through execution and organization of WestSide Baby annual giving and event-based fundraising strategies. This position will collaborate on the strategy to meet the goals of each event and campaign, will develop a work plan to produce the desired results and will serve as the project manager as the plan is carried out. The project specialist role will have significant responsibility for implementation of strategy and will also be responsible for engaging stakeholders and staff support to plan and execute strategies.

This is a full-time; 40 hours a week exempt salaried position at our White Center, Seattle office. The Development Manager supervises this position. Salary range is $42k-$45k depending on experience; generous benefit package, PTO and holiday pay available. Additional hours expected leading up to and just following major events. Occasional weekend and evening hours likely. Priority deadline July 1, 2019.

Office Administrator/Receptionist

The Office Administrator/Receptionist will be the first point of contact as folks come through our newly remodeled entrance, call or email. This person will triage email, phone, delivery and in-person inquiries to engage other staff to respond quickly and professionally to those interested in WestSide Baby. Giving the occasional tour will be expected. The Office Administrator ensures smooth running of the agency’s office and branches, calendars, supplies and equipment. Communicating office activities, overseeing office atmosphere for visitors and staff are key to mission delivery and adherence to our values of humanity, intention and resilience. The Office Administrator will report to and support the IT/Business Systems Manager. There is potential to grow into additional HR Administrative support and support for the Board of Directors.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, salaried position with salary ranging between $32K to $34K DOE. This position reports to the IT/Business Systems Manager. Full benefits and generous PTO.
